With customers throughout the United States, Johnson String Instrument has made renting easy. We ship nation-wide via UPS ground. All of our rental instruments are inspected and played by our quality assurance professional to ensure that your instrument arrives with no surprises. View our shipping rates
Easy to follow instructions explain how to ship an instrument back for exchanges, repairs, or to end a rental contract.
If you ever have a problem with your instrument, or need a new size, we quickly send you another one before you return the first instrument. It is important to us that our renters feel confident that their instruments will be there when they need them.
Instruments usually go out within five business days even during our busy season in autumn, though we do our best to ship them sooner. (All orders within the continental US are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.) The charge for shipping a bow is $6.95, a violin or viola is $15.00, while a cello (East*) is $33.00 and a cello (West) is $52.00.
